A Litigation Consulting firm supporting top tier law firms and corporations is looking for a Human Resources Generalist/Manager for their NYC office. This a one person HR Department so the candidates should have a true generalist experience.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer. They will be responsible for recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, maintaining company handbook and agreements, assist with policy writing and compensation plans. Planning and implementing employee professional development and training procedures. Assist the COO with various administrative tasks.
The company is expanding and this is a great opportunity to grow with the company. The compensation is in the 75-85K range. You must have all the qualifications to be considered.
