A litigation support/trial consulting company that has been in business for over 25 years is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant for their NYC office. This position will provide administrative support to the sales team and other executive members of the firm.    Responsibilities are search dockets and research cases, field telephone calls, make cold calls to prospect new sales opportunities when necessary, schedule meetings , manage the firms CRM system and perform general administrative office work including travel arrangements.

Qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years experience providing administrative support to a sales or executive team.
  • Experience in a law firm searching dockets or paralegal experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of client tracking software (CRSM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
